Shipping Information:
Most items take 7-14 days to receive. Some items may take longer. If the leadtime will be longer we will let you know within 24-72 hours of the purchase date.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
On all orders we will offer a refund in the form of a store credit as long as the items are not installed. It is up to you to pay for the shipping to get product back to us.
All sales are 100% prepay by credit card or check.
All special order sales are final and we cannot take them back.
Any installed light cannot be returned.
Any non-special order light can be returned with a restocking fee. The restocking fee varies by manufacturer. restocking fee can consist of the following: Shipping to the customer and shipping back to the vendor, Credit card transaction fees.
If product is returned there must be a RMA or return authorization form sent back with the product. If product is just sent back with no notice or authorization you may forfeit any amounts agreed upon.
Some of the items in the Sales in stock ready to ship are showroom displays. This means they will not be shipped in the factory box and have been installed on the showroom floor for customers to see. This is also why the prices are discounted as low as they are. If you are about to purchase and this is important to know please send an email prior to purchase.
Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. If there is a backorder or discontinued product we will notify you within 1 week. At that point you can make the decision to continue to wait or cancel the order with no restocking fees.
If an item is damaged in shipping we need to be notified withing 10 days of receipt of the broken merchandise. If we are notified after the 10 day period there may be additional charges for replacement items.
